About Me
My name is Kate Lein and I am an Manual Osteopathic Practitioner with a passion for helping others feel healthier and move better. My story started as an athlete in my teens, where I competed at a provincial level in competitive downhill ski racing. My passion for sports, exercise and human sciences led me to get my Kinesiology degree at the University of Western Ontario. I graduated in 2011 and started working as a personal trainer at a medically integrated studio. During the 12 years working in this facility, I discovered my passion for preventative health care and the importance of being proactive with health. As a Personal Trainer & Registered Kinesiologist, I have worked with many clients of all ages with the goal of improving their overall health and injuries through exercise and nutritional adjustments. This lead me to have more questions and toward Osteopathy. My 4 year education in Principle based Osteopathy at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy has provided me with the tools to help my patients move better, relieve pain and assist in managing a variety of health problems.
