About Me
My name is Kate Lein and as you have probably gathered, I am a Registered Kinesiologist and Personal Trainer who is passionate about help people with the fitness and health goals. I have 11 years of experience working with clients with all sorts of backgrounds, health conditions and ages. I love being creative in the gym! I am not just a personal trainer... I come with life experience, provide helpful lifestyle advice and have 11 years of nutrition coaching experience as well. I enjoy developing fitness programs for weight lifting, HIIT & tabata training, circuits, dynamic kettlebell movements and patterns, banded exercises and the list could go on. No matter what equipment you have, trust me, I know how to make you work and get the results you want.

With my personal experience, the best advice I can give to anyone who wants to see results is to focus on what's missing from your eating and exercise routine and focus on ways of ADDING in more health to your life and routine. Rather than focusing in on all the things you "can't have" or "shouldn't have", focus on adding in more vegetables to your meals, focus on blocking in self-care time to go for a walk. Be reflective on why you're not currently doing those things on a day to day basis and talk to your loved ones about wanting to make the positive changes together. There literally is no such thing as "I can't do this", if you find yourself saying that to yourself, I am here to help you through accountability and supportive conversations on how to make exercise and healthy eating habits part of your life long journey going forward.
